"Average unit per transaction went up 23%, while average sales
per hour went up 21%. These results came immediately after a
seminar session. Well executed and well planned. Lots of energy,
audience participation and good examples." - Brenda

An
environment such as an airport demands a unique approach in
providing our front liners and their immediate managers the
necessary tools to excel in delivering consistent excellent
service. The airport retail environment presents a setting
wherein retail is not a primary driver, but one that is seen as
a convenience or as a pleasurable way to fill wait times. The
challenge lies in shopping behaviour that is far from typical
and is unique to travel ports.
A tailored program such as the Airport Retail Education Program
takes into consideration the many factors that affect airport
shopping behaviour as well as operational challenges common only
in travel port environments. A qualified instructor, with an
airport retail background is necessary to effectively convey the
subject.
The curriculum is
divided into two courses:
Front-liners and
Managers Development of Selling and Customer
Service Skills Building Personal Credibility
Loss Prevention Silent Selling Strategies
Enhanced Program for Managers and Supervisors
Team Building Leadership Skills |
