Ensuring customer satisfaction drives sales. While this is essential in any retail environment, the significance takes on more depth in an airport environment where customers may be stressed and where anxiety levels are higher than normal. Sales associates are given the tools to effectively deliver great service in an environment that is continually changing. Dealing with customers, while at the same time adjusting to different operational efficiencies, airport retail associates need to be able to not only cope with these elements but at the same time attain sales goals to ensure business profitability. This session combines theories in practical selling strategies with role-play workshops that build on store associates’ competencies.
